Quality Management System
Mohan S. Packaging has adopted a policy of operating the primary packaging material under the control of a Quality Management System. The purpose of the policy is to ensure that all strict measures/standards which are legal as well as jointly set by the customer and our own company is adhered and followed. It is also our policy to update the standards as customer requirement by means of mutual dialogue.
Self Inspection System:
Our Company has a defined Self-Inspection System through which all the departments are audited once in every 12 Months. This is performed by a team in conjunction with members from the department.
The audit is carried out as per prescribed SOPs and checklists. The audit program isinitiated at least one day in advance, in order to get co-operation from all concerned personnel. It has a systems-based rather than personnel-based approach. The scope of the audit covers technical audit of production and laboratory facilities, procedures and practices. It also cover the adequacy of and adherence to SOPs. During the audit, compliance to the observations raised in previous audits are specifically checked.
Auditors note both deficiencies as well as the positive aspects observed during the course of the audit. The reasons for observed deficiencies, if any, are also noted. All Deficiencies noted in the inspection are attended to by the Departmental head, and a nonconformity report is issued.
Corrective actions are prepared by the auditor, along with the time frame to implement them. The audit team check for compliance at the end of this time period and prepare and submit a final report to the Quality Assurance Department.
